Serco

The Serco Group PLC is a British multinational services company. It works alongside the British government on several web portals, and this project focused on the BusinessLink service. BusinessLink provides helpful information on setting up a social enterprise, what to do when employing staff, and general information about your rights and responsibilities as an employer.

 

I created campaign sites and developed templates to support several new digital services. My responsibilities included overseeing the user interface and experience design across a portfolio of online services offered by businesslink.gov.uk on behalf of its partners, managing social media platforms, and aligning video content on YouTube.
