Pitney Bowes is an international technology company known for its postage meters and other mailing equipment and services. With expansions into e-commerce, software, and other technologies, it provides mailing and shipping services, global e-commerce logistics, and financial services to approximately 750,000 customers globally. This large-scale digital transformation project required the migration of fourteen country-specific websites and involved implementing new design thinking, conceptualisation, user experience and development.
